FAQ

How would you describe your style?

Our style is bright and airy with a natural, unfiltered feel — never over-edited or flat. We focus on keeping photos and videos authentic to preserve the real happiness of your day. We blend candid moments with guided posed shots, gently directing you so you look and feel your absolute best.

How do we know if you're the right team for our wedding?

Finding the perfect fit matters to us just as much. We begin with a relaxed consultation to really hear your vision, your story, and what matters most to you. We’re not chasing bookings — we want to connect with couples who feel drawn to the heart, warmth, and natural artistry in our work.

In the call, we’ll talk through your day, share examples, and confirm our styles truly align. It’s about building trust and excitement, so when we say “yes,” it feels like the start of something special — not just another wedding.

What is your backup plan if you're unable to photograph our wedding?

We take our commitment seriously and always have reliable backups ready. Our small, trusted in-house team shares the exact same vision and style, so someone can step in seamlessly if needed. In the rare case that's not possible, we have vetted partnerships with other high-quality production teams we fully trust to deliver the same care and results.

Thankfully, in all our years we've never had to use it — but it's in place so you can relax knowing your day is fully protected.

How long after the wedding will we receive our photos and videos?

We know you’re eager to relive every moment, so we prioritize fast, high-quality delivery.

Your full gallery of photos and videos is typically ready within 90 days, though the exact timeline can vary slightly based on event length, team size, and editing complexity.

Who will be capturing our wedding?

Our dedicated in-house team, founded by Matt & Liza, will be there to capture your day. We’re a small, close-knit group of passionate photographers and videographers who share the same vision, style, and commitment to authentic, cinematic storytelling.

Whether the founders are personally on-site or one of our trusted team members steps in, you’ll receive the same consistent level of care, attention to detail, and heartfelt approach every time.

What if I don't like my wedding photos/videos?

We understand your wedding memories are priceless and want you to love the final result.

We start with in-depth planning consultations to learn your style and vision, review our portfolio together so expectations are clear, and welcome your input every step of the way.

If anything doesn't feel right after delivery, we're committed to working with you — adjustments, re-edits, or extra attention — until you're truly happy.

Our track record of thrilled couples gives us confidence, but your satisfaction is our top priority.

What is the difference between a Full Film and a Highlight Video?

A Highlight Video is a short, fast-paced cinematic recap of your wedding day, usually 3 to 5 minutes long, edited with music to capture the most emotional highs, joyful energy, and key moments in an exciting, easy-to-share format.

The Full Film is a longer, documentary-style edit, typically 60 to 120 minutes, that includes the complete ceremony with vows and readings, full speeches and toasts, first dances, parent moments, and other meaningful parts, preserving the real timeline and natural audio with smooth, minimal cuts to let you relive the entire day in depth.

The Highlight feels like a thrilling trailer that grabs attention quickly, while the Full Film is the complete, immersive story for reliving every heartfelt detail.
